Job Description:

  • Installation of all types of POS Machines.
  • Preparing terminals (Downloading) as per bank specifications and steps.
  • Carry out the repairing of POS terminals.
  • Perform support service per client's pre-defines/location specific service process.
  • Perform any other tasks as directed by the reporting manager.
  • Monitor current projects and coordinates all team members involved to keep workflow on track.
  • Provide IT support for all POS installations and implementations.
  • Work with onsite tech vendors and/or technicians.
  • Performs technical and administrative work in supporting and maintaining the Point of Sales (POS) systems and related devices for our Clients.
  • Test to ensure that all peripherals are integrated with the POS application.
  • Perform any needed software integration.

Qualification:

  • Any bachelor's degree.
  • A minimum of 1-5 years of experience.
  • Must have Oman driving license and own car.
